GO Boxes are delicious, healthy, ready-to-eat meals made with organic baby greens, whole grains, fresh vegetables, and farm-made dressing. They're convenient meals that keep you energized and productive without weighing you down. GO Boxes from 9 Miles East Farm deliver maximum flavor for people who want better performance through enhanced nutrition. It’s a convenient, fresh and functional approach to eating, and a great fit for athletes or anyone who wants to feel and perform at his or her best.

Meals vary with the seasons and are inspired by the world’s great cuisines. Each meal consists of whole grains and protein on a bed of fresh greens. Ingredients are sourced from our 29-acre farm whenever possible, and supplemented with high-quality oils, organic grains, and other natural ingredients. There is always a vegetarian and gluten-free option. GO Boxes make it easy to eat the way you know you’re supposed to.

 

Principles Behind GO Boxes


Antioxidants.

We serve foods containing high levels of antioxidants and anthocyanins to prevent cell damage and help you manage stressful environments. These foods happen to taste great and look beautiful too.
 

Whole grains.

Natural, minimally processed grains are nutritional powerhouses full of energy to keep you going through a long workday, plus lots of B-vitamins and fiber.
 

Protein.

Boost energy levels with protein in balance. We use nuts and beans to provide a combination of protein and other beneficial compounds.
 

Good fat.

Healthy fats like olive oil are important nutritional building blocks, and help the body process carbohydrates slowly so you feel alert throughout the day.
 

Leafy greens.

Your mother was right: Eat more leafy greens. The science is more conclusive every day - leafy greens are full of phytonutrients that are great for our bodies. We use a rotating seasonal blend of greens with terrific flavor and texture. No iceberg.
 

Fiber.

From heart health to digestion, fiber is a key element in a healthy meal that leaves you feeling satisfied.
Naturally pickled foods and naturally lactofermented foods provide valuable enzymes that help with digestion and other health functions. We complement our meals with “live” pickled vegetables for maximum health benefit. It’s a great way to end a meal: Japanese Bento boxes have used this principle for generations.
