Looking ahead to 2013

November 8th, 2012

2012 was a great year: Our meal delivery service sold out again, and GO Bag customers enjoyed a record season of volume and growth.

We’re planning an even better 2013. Meal delivery service will continue to expand, with five to 10 new slots available. On the GO Bag side, several more companies have expressed interest in regular weekly deliveries for their employees.

Speaking of employees, we are looking for creative, hard-working people who share our dedication to making it easy for busy people to enjoy local food. Call or e-mail if you’d like to talk about opportunities to work together.

GO Bags Booked

April 24th, 2012

We are fully booked for GO Bag deliveries to offices for 2012. You are confirmed if we have already discussed deliveries to your office, but we are starting a waiting list for other companies that would like to receive weekly deliveries of big bags of fresh vegetables for their employees. We’re still learning how to balance supply and demand on the farm, and we want to be sure all of this year’s customers are delighted with the value they receive. Please let us know if you’d like to be on the list for next year.

From Our Farm to Your Cube

September 2nd, 2011

From our farm to your cube

Businesses and other groups in the Capital District can now have “GO Bags” of fresh produce from our farm delivered to their offices each week.

GO Bags contain between 4 and 8 pounds of prime produce and herbs, and sell for $10. No signup or subscription is required. We will deliver to offices in the area that consistently have five or more people interested in purchasing GO Bags each week.

From a quality standpoint, GO Bags give you great produce at its freshest: We harvest the day before delivery, keep your GO Bag at optimal storage temperature, and bring it straight to your office in a closed bag to ensure freshness.

GO Bags give you a manageable amount of great veg at a great value. Our commitment to you: No kohlrabi. Or other mystery vegetables. Depending on the season, bags contain great varieties of tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, onions, lettuce, peppers, and other mainstream vegetables that are easy to use.

Capacity is limited for the Fall 2011 season as we are already serving several prominent companies in the area whose employees appreciate the convenience of the service. Please let us know if you would be interested in planning ahead for 2012.

To get a free sample GO Bag delivered to your office, e-mail gordon@9mileseast.com.
