Pop-up dinner at Saratoga Apple: Cider-brined pork tenderloin is the centerpiece of this hearty, locally-sourced meal. Great for Mothers’ Day, or as an escape from Mothers’ Day, notoriously one of the worst weekends of the year to go out to dinner. Start with cream of asparagus soup.
